Indicate manufacturer and part number of items quoted. Where an advantage is given for a full-box qty, please indicate revised quantity and price. Manufacturer part numbers are given as a reference only and may not match the description. If discrepancies exist, the long description shall prevail. "Equal to" products may be offered on all items not specified as "Exact" or "Only". Indicate manufacturer and part numbers of items quoted. Items that must be unloaded by SUB personnel shall be delivered in a manner that is easily accessible from a forklift working at ground level. There is no loading dock.
