The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Architecture - Repair of the waterproofing of the roof; - Replacement of the flashing, roof accessories, hatches and connection boxes (evacuation). Addition of an antenna base; - The creation of access to the roof by adding an access ladder to the rear façade. Mechanical work - Intervention on the evacuation ducts; - Cleaning of dryer exhaust ducts from the roof; - General coordination of work involving subcontracting (access ladder and others). The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising six (6) apartments. The building was built in 1944, the structure is of a wood frame and the exterior envelope is made of brick. A passageway is present at the back of the building and allows access to the roof. The building underwent a major renovation in 1993. The roof is made of asphalt-gravel dating from 1993. The apartments will be occupied during the work. DURATION OF WORK According to current planning, work is expected to begin around August 2022 , but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 12 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. award is subject to final approval.
