The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (Owner) for Building K Renovations at the Marietta Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College is located at 980 South Cobb Drive, Marietta GA 30060. This project has been posted as a sealed, electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans are attached to the bid event. Failure to participate in the Mandatory Prebid Conference and/or site visit will automatically result in disqualification from the bid process. TCSG and the College reserves the right to disqualify a potential bidder for failure to be in attendance at the Prebid conference by the scheduled time.
