Estimated Bid Value: Between $25K and $1Million Online Q&a Period: P&C-PWC will conduct online questions and answers through electronically. Submit to the electronically portal at: Q&A 2023-24 City, County and Port of San Diego. Consultant Rotation List . The online Q&A period will begin on Thursday, May 5, 2022 and will remain open until 4:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2022. The Q&A period is intended to replace the pre-submittal meeting. Questions will be answered at minimum weekly and sent to all who have downloaded the RFQ from electronically as registered document holders. Specific questions regarding the requirements of the RFQ may be asked through the due date; email jmendivil@sandiego.gov or call John Mendivil at 619-533-3638. Submission of the SOQ into the electronic system may not be instantaneous; it may take time for the Consultant's document to upload and transmit before the SOQ is accepted. It is the Consultant's sole responsibility to ensure their document(s) are uploaded, transmitted, and arrive in time electronically. The City of San Diego shall have no responsibility for SOQs that do not arrive in a timely manner, no matter what the reason.
