Payments will be processed by the County Auditor by invoice after notification of satisfactory receipt of items. Parker County hereby expressly reserves the right to award by unit cost or lump sum basis and to accept or reject any or all bids and waive all formalities and technicalities. Questions Due Date: May 31st 2022, 12:00 PM CDT It is contemplated that the operation, management and maintenance services shall be for an initial term of five (5) years, with an option for two (2) year extensions. The County will consider contracts of other lengths. The County also may require the Successful Respondent assist the County in securing contracts for prisoners from other jurisdictions, including prisoners from other states and the federal government. The County also reserves the right to reject all proposals and to operate the Jail Facilities itself.
