Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marlin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Schuylkill Technology Center is currently inviting bids for the installation of a cementitious polyurethane flooring in the RIE/Carpentry laboratory classrooms at the STC South Campus. The Schuylkill Technology Center Boards of Directors, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, which will, in the opinion of the Board, best serve the students. Install a cementitious polyurethane flooring (approximately 1 1/4 inch in thickness in the RIE (approximately 1900 square ft.) and Carpentry (approximately 2400 square feet) Classrooms at the South Campus to bring the flooring to the appropriate level in preparation for a poured epoxy floor that will align with the existing hallway and exit door heights.
