The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services, an Executive Department of the State of Maryland, hereinafter called "the Department," "Juvenile Services," or "DJS," is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a contractor to build a 25' X 60' pole building at the State of Maryland, Department of Juvenile Services, Backbone Mountain Youth Center, 124 Camp 4 Road, Swanton, MD 21562.
