All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) The AVNCOG hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or items therein for any reason whatsoever. The AVNCOG also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in the bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the involved municipalities.
