The work involves site preparation, earthwork, selective demolition, tree removal, trenching, soil treatment, concrete paving, concrete curbs, walkways and pavement, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, irrigation, planting, masonry, carpentry, roofing, sheet metal, painting, disturbance of hazardous materials and other related work to construct a new cafeteria building. The estimated cost is greater than $10,000,000 Contract Duration: 730 Calendar Days Contractor License: B In accordance with the GENERAL CONDITIONS, Article 7 - PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS, Section 7.26, FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON TIME, upon failure to complete the work or any portion of the work within the time or times fixed in the contract or extension thereof, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the State, in the amount of $2,000.00, per calendar day of delay For questions or clarifications during bidding.
