Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tonganoxie, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work shall consist of Curb and Gutter removal and replacement in the area known as Willow Pointe Sub-division as highlighted on the attached map. The intent of this project is to remove and replace the curb and gutter without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. The specific limits of the work will be marked, (white-lined) by City of Tonganoxie staff prior to bid release and project construction. This project totals 4,669 linear feet of curb and gutter including storm sewer inlets. The project is divided into a Base Bid and Add/Alternate #1 subcomponent and all bids shall offer detailed subcomponent pricing for each of the two subcomponents of the project scope of work.
