Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of Pavement Patching surface preservation improvements on K-68 between the Marais des Cygnes River Bridge and in Ottawa, Franklin County, KS. Direct all questions to Jason Hoskinson at jason.hoskinson@bgcons.com An estimated quantity of permanent pavement markings is included to restore the double yellow and the broken white lane lines for the eastbound and westbound travel lanes on K-68, but not the turn lane symbols and stop lines at the K68/Main Street intersection. Quantities also include restoration of pavement markings removed/affected by the traffic control plan. Pavement patching efforts will not result in the removal of all existing pavement markings. The Contractor shall therefore remove any existing pavement markings in conflict with the installation of the proposed pavement markings. Removal of existing pavement markings in conflict with the proposed improvements will not be paid for separately but will be considered subsidiary to the related pavement marking bid items.
