The Project consists of widening Cedar Street and removing and replacing and constructing new storm sewer lines and removing and replacing curb and gutter along Cedar Street and Oak Street. Work shall consist of the following approximate major quantities: 1. Curb Inlets, Junction Boxes & Manholes 12 2. Reinforced Concrete Pipe (15" - 30") 1,223 Linear Feet 3. Concrete Curb & Gutter 2,201 Linear Feet 4. Asphalt Overlay 3,854 Square Yards Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All persons awarded and/or entering into contracts with the Owner shall be subject to and required to comply with applicable county, state and federal provisions pertaining to nondiscrimination, labor standards, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action on public contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein The project is expected to have any early start date of September 6, 2022 and a late start date of February 27, 2023. The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days.
