Tendered price shall include Operator(s) and Tractor/Mowing machine(s) to mow vegetation on both sides of the right of way, on Township of Chatsworth Municipal maintained roads for the 2022 season with the option of extension (should both parties mutually agree). Conditions & Notes . Cut Swath shall be minimum 2M where possible. . Roadside vegetation should be cut evenly to a height of no more than 10cm above shoulder surface. . Approximately 900 Swath kilometers of cutting to be done. To be done twice a season. . Both sides of every road must be done. . Contractors' equipment shall be in a good state of repair and functioning in such a way as to provide the required cut swath and vegetation height in a safe manner. . The operator shall have in his/her possession any licences and certificates required to be qualified as an operator of the mowing unit. . The operator shall have in his/her possession proof of insurance . Unforeseen issues and/or incidents shall be reported to the Roads Department designate. . A list of all roads and a map will be made available upon request. OTM Book 7 shall be followed. Should the Municipality become aware of any violations of the Act or Regulations a notification will be made to the appropriate Authorities. Violations may lead to suspended or terminated contract.
