Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work shall consist of removing two backstops and replacing one. Removing all asphalt as necessary to improve the North field and abandon the South field. Preparation and excavation for new path and new pavement surrounding the North Field.The successful contractor must provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor, and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance within ten days of the award of the contract.This is a State of Illinois/DuPage/ Cook County prevailing wage project. Contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project are solely responsible for determining the applicable prevailing wage rates at the time of written proposal submissions and performance of the work.
