The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish an agreement with a qualified Contractor who shall provide all labour, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision in connection with safely executing and completing sidewalk trip ledge removal using cutting technology as specified herein. An itemized summary of all repaired locations must be submitted after the project is complete. The Contractor must also record and report all sidewalk panels that contain hazards that cannot be repaired by trip ledge removal. The work is to be completed by September 15, 2022. All proponents who believe that they are going to place a proposal for the 2022 City of North Battleford Sidewalk Maintenance - Trip Ledge Removal should register with Ms. Stacey Hadley by email. Any questions received, and the associated responses will be sent to all registered applicants via email. Any question must be asked a minimum of three (3) days before the closing of the RFP.
