Interested Parties will meet at the Glasgow Field Office, 5 Lasar Drive, in Glasgow Montana, 59230. All prospective quoters shall provide their own transportation on the site tour. Expect to drive over unimproved roads to the project site(s). The site tour is not mandatory but highly recommended. Interested parties are responsible for their own transportation to each site. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Period of Performance: 07/19/2022 to 08/29/2022. The BLM intends to conduct this acquisition by use of simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. A single contract award will be made to the Offeror that submits a quotation that has been determined to be the best value to the Government. (b) The Government will not award any contract if the resulting contract would not represent a "best value" to the Government. (c) To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quotations, respondents are cautioned to strictly comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quotation. Offerors are required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements.
