The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has a requirement for Annual Maintenance and Repair of Two Elevators in Bldg. 1 at the NOAA Beaufort NC Laboratory in Beaufort NC. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract with a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods. All services rendered shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination No. 2015-4401 Rev 18, Date of Last Rev. 03/15/2022. SITE VISIT All vendors are highly ENCOURAGED (but not required) to attend a site visit at Beaufort Laboratory. Vendors who are interested in scheduling a site visit shall contact the Government Technical POC at least 48 hours prior to the site visit. During the site visit, prospective vendors will have the opportunity to review existing site conditions and inspect locations around the facility where the elevator systems operates. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Contact information of three (3) past performance references of prior elevator service work which is of a similar nature and complexity.
