Clarification Deadline: 5/31/2022 4:00 PM BID TYPE Fixed Fee Contract The project involves improvements to existing storm drainage facilities within Chalfont Borough's Lindenfield Area. The work to be performed under this Contract includes the replacement of approximately 706 linear feet of 15" CMP with 15" HDPE; the replacement of 77 linear feet of 18" CMP with 18" HDPE; the replacement of 361 linear feet of 24" CMP with 24" HDPE; the replacement of 652 linear feet of 30" CMP with 30" HDPE; the replacement of 259 linear feet of 33" CMP with 33" HDPE; the replacement of 206 linear feet of 42" CMP with 42" HDPE; remove and replace 25 Type C inlet top units and 2 Type M inlet top units; associated curb and sidewalk replacement; 8 curb ramp replacements; and the mill and overlay of approximately 13,550 SY of roadways at the Lindenfield area in the Borough. All construction will occur within Borough roads and rights-of-way and easement areas and will involve restoration of pavement and unimproved areas, and provision for all erosion and sedimentation control.
