Renovation of a water / sewer project in Belton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Installation of new emergency generator at existing water plant. Bids are being solicited for the items of work generally described as follow Question Period Deadline: May 31, 2022 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. Alternatively, a certified check or money order of the same amount payable to the City of Morgan's Point Resort, Texas may be submitted in lieu of a Bid Bond. The City of Morgan's Point Resort reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT A. The Work in this project includes the following: 1. Install new 1,500-gpm pump station, 250,000-gal ground storage tank, disinfection system, associated site piping, generator, above ground fuel tank, and driveway. 2. Perform exterior and interior rehabilitation of existing 200,000-gal elevated storage tank #2.
