Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Briefly, the scope of the work includes: Tennis court improvements at Bellingham and Squalicum High Schools, including adding one tennis court at each high school, asphalt paving, chain link fencing, concrete retaining walls, LED lighting, bleachers and perimeter pathway improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond with a Statelicensed surety, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid, made payable to the Owner. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond, including Washington State sales tax. Such bonds shall be furnished by a surety company acceptable to Owner. The Owner shall have the right to waive informalities on a bid or bids and to accept bid(s), which, in the Owner's judgment is in the Owner's best interest. The Owner shall have the right, to reject any and all bids for the project.
