As of June 21, 2022, project was awarded to J & R Asphalt Inc, awarded amount is $113,777.76. The Bolingbrook Park District will accept sealed bids for INDIAN BOUNDARY PARK PARKING LOT EXPANSION. The proposed work consists of removals and grading, asphalt paving, seal coating, parking lot striping, bollard installation, and landscape restoration. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
