Mattawan Consolidated School is soliciting bids for the replacement of football stadium light fixtures and lights. Scope: o Replace four (4) fixtures attached to poles that will adequately light a standard-sized high school football field and seating area. Poles are not being replaced. o Replace lights with LED lights. o Update all necessary controls and electrical systems with regards to the upgrade. o Removal and disposal of the old fixtures and lights The project installations shall be completed by August 15, 2022 Please direct all questions and inquiries regarding the project to bcornish@mattawanschools.org. 4. Each bid submitted shall include these three (3) documents: a. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board or the superintendent of the school district. b. An affidavit certifying that the vendor is not barred from public contracting due to bid rigging or bid rotating convictions. c. An affidavit certifying that it is not an "Iran-Linked Business" as defined in Act 517, Public Acts of Michigan, 2001, MCL 129.311, et seq The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award a contract to other than the low bidder, to waive any irregularities and/or informalities, and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Mattawan Consolidated School
