*These bids that were advertised, are all to be done on an individual basis. The costs of repair are based on the fact that someone has to physically show up to review the situation and opinion on what needs to be done to resolve the issues at hand.* The following bids that will be awarded will be: 1) Repair and/or replacing the roof to prevent leaking into the building. 2) Replace the windows in the Clerks office. 3) Paint the Outside of the Village Building. Please contact Gina Ormond at the Clerks Office 715-364-8589 to set up a time. Village office hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm or leave a message. The Village of Poplar may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the Village. The Village also reserves the right to waive any formalities in bidding and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the Village
