All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Kalamazoo Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The district shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Per Addendum 2, sealed bids will be received until Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 2:30 p.m. local time, and bids will be opened virtually. Late bids will not be accepted. Project documents will be available on Construction manager website on or after September 8, 2022.
