CSUCI may make an investigation as deemed necessary to determine the ability of a Proposer to perform the work, and Proposer shall furnish to CSUCI all such information and data for this purpose as requested by CSUCI. CSUCI reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, a Proposer fails to satisfy the requirements listed in the IFB documents and accompanying forms.
