The Carter County Fiscal Court (CCFC) invites you to submit bids for the demolition with removal and disposal of the retired jail building located at the address stated above. The Carter County Fiscal Court reserves their right to award separate bids for each specific job listed on the bid form. The Carter County Fiscal Court, through its Fiscal Court, reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the Carter County Fiscal Court All business license and payroll taxes must be in compliance before awarding of this bid. Bid bond, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and proof of Worker's Compensation is required, Contractor is responsible for traffic control during demolition. Demolitions must be completed within 120 days from the date of notice to proceed.
