Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.
Fence and Access Improvements in the Township of Parsippany for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation consisting of, but not limited to, 35 Tons Stabilized Construction Driveway, 6" Thick, 1700 L.F. Chain-Link Fence, 6' High, 3 Unit Gate, Chain -Link Fence, 16' wide, 2,125 S.Y. Selective Clearing, 850 L.F. Silt Fence or Silt Sock and in addition to other miscellaneous items. The County of Morris shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid, payable to the County of Morris, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder, they will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds and insurance as required by the County and the Division of Risk Management. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents. EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states that the surety company will provide the Bidder with the performance bond specified in the Contract Documents in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.
