The Services described in this RFP and in the proposed Contract are for a period of 6 months, beginning on August 8, 2022 and ending on February 28, 2023.To be eligible to perform the Services, a Proposer must meet essential requirements for qualification, which the City will determine from the Proposer's Qualification Statement. A Proposer must complete the Proper's Qualification Statement, a form that is contained in the City's Proposal Forms which accompany this RFP.The successful Proposer will not receive a Contract if the successful Proposer is unlicensed, does not have all of the required licenses, or one or more of the licenses are not current and active. If the City discovers after the Contract's award that the Consultant is unlicensed, does not have all of the required licenses, or one or more of the licenses are not current and active, the City may cancel the award, reject the Proposal, and exercise any one or more of the remedies in the Contract, or this RFP, or both.The City reserves the right to use any ideas presented in any response to the RFP. Selection or rejection of the Proposal does not affect this right.Last Day to Submit Interim Questions Proposer June 9,2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
