For Power Line Clearance Tree Trimming And Removal Services For Glendale Water and Power Each Bid must be made on the Bid Forms obtainable at the location identified on the Notice Inviting Bids. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a cashiers check or certified check drawn on a solvent bank, payable to City of Glendale, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum amount of the Bid Alternatively, a satisfactory corporate surety Bid Bond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum amount of the Bid may accompany the Bid. Said security shall serve as a guarantee that the successful Bidder, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Citys Notice of Award of the Contract, will enter into a valid contract with the City for said Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. REQUIRED BONDS A. Contractor shall furnish the following bonds: 1. A Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price in the form shown in Appendix 1 attached hereto. 2. A Payment Bond (Labor and Material) in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price in the form shown in Appendix 2 attached hereto.
