Renovation of an educational facility in Trenton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,120-square-foot educational facility.
The Trenton Public Schools is accepting firm, sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment and all other services to complete REPLACEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 6,120 SF OF VCT FLOORING at Arthurs Middle School, 4000 Marian, Trenton, MI 48183. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, irregularities or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications. Proposals shall include enclosed bid form, disclosure and compliance statements. Questions Must Be Submitted via E-mail to: Kreszynk@trentonschools.com SCOPE This specification includes all necessary materials, labor, taxes, and costs associated with installing a replacement floor at Arthurs Middle School. Proposals will be on a (lump sum basis or line item or site or project), according to the schedule listed below, and where specified; only the qualified products listed will be considered in this proposal.
