Renovation of an educational facility in Trenton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 23, 2023, project was awarded to Engineered Comfort Systems, awarded amount is $699,315.74. Removal of (3) Steam Firetube Boilers and replace with (3) Hot water condensing Boilers and associated breeching, piping and circulation pumps. Replacement of kitchen water heater and associated breeching and circulation pump. Replacement of piping and accessories at incoming water service. Installation of roof mounted exhaust fan and outside air intake duct. All required electrical work to support. Integration of new equipment into existing building management system. Removal/reinstallation of existing exterior wall/window for boiler room access. Roofing work to be coordinated with District preferred roofing contractor, which is being established through a separate, concurrent summer roofing project All contractors have until 12:00 P.M. on February 13, 2023 to submit a Request For Information (RFI). All RFI's shall be directed to Steve Mrak smrak@pbanet.com
