The activities will be carried out under the Gas Tax and Quebec Contribution Program (TECQ) Documents available: Any person or company must obtain the tender documents and specifications through the electronic tendering system The MRC does not undertake to accept the lowest tender or any of the tenders received or opened, nor to pay any fees. It undertakes no obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s). This call for tenders is subject to the MRC's contract management regulations.
