Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $350 for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the contract invoice. Award of this project is based upon the most responsive bidder's lowest pricing. The Notice of Intent to Award is expected to be made within 5 days of bid date. All pricing and responses shall be exhibited on NKSD's forms. Project base bid consists of permitting, demolition &. disposal of (6) multiple portables at 4 different campus locations, with the possible addition of adding (1) alternate portable demo. The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing all demo permits, materials, prevailing wage labor, equipment and incidentals to fully perform all the work as outlined in both this ITB/ RFP, scope of work, plans and specifications. The electrical work will be already 100% completed & made safe. The AHERA Survey has been completed and there are no concerns. Remainder of infrastructure is only plumbing.
