Provide labor, material and equipment Amherst Campus-UMAPP22-017 Boyden Varsity room Renovation-Miscellaneous Metals The work consists of elevator upgrades of Melrose High School Elevator #1, Passenger, and Elevator #2, Kitchen. Included in the scope of work is the replacement and/or installation of new electrical and mechanical requirements in direct relationship to the elevators and the elevator areas. Elevator Contractor is designated as General Bidder in the scope of work and is to provide all means and methods to conduct same in accordance with Code Regulations. The scope of work is to contract with a water treatment contractor whose primary function is the testing and treatment of water circulating HVAC Systems on as needed basis, to City Hall and various City of Boston locations.
