The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a three-year contract. The municipal council will decide on compliance after studying the tenders submitted. The contract will be awarded, if there is an adjudication, to the tenderer having submitted a conforming tender with the lowest price, in accordance with the law. All tenders must be submitted by completing the forms forming part of the tender documents, accompanied by the other documents required in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted, in a sealed envelope with the mention " 3-YEAR SNOW REMOVAL SUBMISSION", The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
