The contractor must provide all labour, service, material, machinery, energy and chemicals necessary for the complete completion of the following work: Withdrawal, conditioning with dehydration, transport and disposal of sludge before November 2022 : Extraction of sludge from cells nos. 1 and 2; Conditioning with sludge dewatering; Transport and disposal of sludge. The place of disposal of the sludge is left to the contractor's choice, however the agricultural recovery of the sludge must be preferred if the characterization allows it.
