Site work for a civil project in Sainte-Melanie, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant that has reached the end of its service life. The scope of work includes the deconstruction of existing facilities and the construction of a new wastewater treatment plant. The owner is considering three solutions: - station based on a suspended-packed biological reactor followed by aerated ponds; - mechanized station of the activated sludge type with complete mixing, secondary settling tanks and sludge treatment system; - mechanized station of the biological membrane reactor type and sludge treatment system. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Owner is seeking required environmental approvals. Tender for the general contractor is not anticipated before early/spring 2026.
