Reference number: 20046137 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-17 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 2 Description The construction contract calls for the creation of a steel and wood observation tower to serve as a departure platform for a large-scale (double) zip line, the arrival station for the same zip line and the anchoring for tensioning the cables. The installation of the zip line is not part of this invitation to tender. However, the tower must be equipped with the zip line attachments, as described in the plans and specifications. The contract includes, but is not limited to, the excavation, reinforcement and cementing of the foundations, the galvanized steel tower as well as the stair treads, ramps, guardrails and wooden decks, etc. The finish platform includes, but is not limited to, the necessary cementing, support posts and wooden deck, as well as an anchoring infrastructure for tensioning the zip-line cables. Work can begin as soon as the snow cover melts. All the work MUST be carried out and COMPLETED BEFORE 1 September 2025
