Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Pinanski Hall 301 RadioChemistry Lab REBID for the University of Massachusetts - Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MDS. The Project consists of: Renovation of approx. 1,800 sf on the 3rd floor of Pinanski Hall for a new Radiochemistry lab and renovate an existing office. A new MDF closet is added on the 2nd floor. Architectural work includes, but not limited to - providing new ceilings, new rooms, new finishes, related roof work to support new mechanical systems. New mechanical systems and electrical systems will be installed to support the new lab. Limited Fire protection on the 3rd floor. The work is estimated to cost $2,200,000.
