The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Olney 410, 414, 403B Fume Hood/Air Conditioner Upgrade for the University of Massachusetts - Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by RFS Engineering. The Project consists of: Updating the HVAC systems in Olney 403B and replacing fume hoods in Olney 410/414.
