Renovation of a residential development in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Replacement of Existing Plumbing Crawlspace Piping. Work includes installation and removal of existing plumbing piping in crawl space inclusive but not limited to sanitary/vent piping, domestic hot water, cold water and return piping. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-J. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wages, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
