West Leisenring Sanitary Sewer System Improvement Project - Dunbar Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania (2207). A Bid Bond or other security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Certain Federal and State requirements govern work on the project(s) including, but not limited to payment of prevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, all of which are more fully described in the contract documents. RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by RACF for a period not to exceed thirty (60) days from the date of the opening. MBE/WBE/DBE are encouraged to participate.
