Project will be supervised by port personnel. If work hours go into an overtime (12-1) that evolution must be approved by the maintenance manager 24 hours prior to the start of day. Contractor must get approval to work from the maintenance manager at least 72 hours prior to arrival and will have 10 consecutive days to complete these task. Final site inspection will be completed by port personnel and punch list items will be addressed before area is considered complete.
