Renovation of a municipal facility in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Coweta County may negotiate changes with the successful bidder. An inability to comply with negotiated changes shall deem the bidder unsuccessful and shall void any contractual agreements reached. Scope of Work: The contractor shall remove and dispose of the five existing double door systems at the main entrance. Rework the interior and exterior curtain wall systems to accommodate proposed new doors. Acceptable Door Manufacturer: ASSA/ABLOY, Stanley, Dorma Kaba, Record-USA. Door Specification: Door shall be out fold break out folding door. Color shall be white. Door shall have provisions for locking cylinder (Cylinder will be provided by customer). The contractor shall remove and dispose of the five existing double door systems at the main entrance. Rework the interior and exterior curtain wall systems to accommodate proposed new doors
