Renovation of a mixed-use development in Newnan, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Coweta County School System is requesting competitive sealed proposals from interested and qualified roofing contractors for metal roof repairs for the Coweta Bus Maintenance Facility Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid is required and must be submitted with the bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security. No personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum will be required prior to commencement of construction. Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
