Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Aston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves stormwater improvements including, installation of a concrete box culvert, endwalls, structures, grading, concrete curb and sidewalk, and paving repairs. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct and complete within Sixty (60) calendar days
