Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
New Construction of Three (3) Buildings: Building A, Building B, and Building C. Building A is a 12-story Residential (R2) High-Rise with Commercial Space on the ground floor and a parking garage on levels 1-3. Building B is a 6-story + 1-story basement Residential (R2) Mid-Rise with Commercial Space on the ground floor and basement (Towpath) levels. Building C is a single story Commercial (M) Building. Residential units in Buildings A&B are a mix of market rate and affordable residences with a total of 251 units. Units comply with New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Guidelines. Resident amenities are located on the ground and 12th floor of Building A and the ground floor of Building B. The Building Lot is not located in a flood hazard zone. Project is Tax Exempt.
