Project Information Haynes Construction would like to invite you to participate in the bidding process for this construction project. Project Address: 130 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 Project Description: New Construction of Three (3) Buildings: Building A, Building B, and Building C. Building A is a 12-story Residential (R2) High-Rise with Commercial Space on the ground floor and a parking garage on levels 1-3. 199 Units in Building A. Building B is a 7-story (1 level basement below grade) Residential (R2) Mid-Rise with Commercial Space on the ground floor and basement (Towpath) levels. 52 Units in Building B. Building C is a single story slab on grade Commercial (M) Building. Residential units in Buildings A&B are a mix of market rate and affordable residences with a total of 251 units. Units comply with New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) Guidelines. Resident amenities are located on the ground and 12th floor of Building A and the ground floor of Building B.
