As of February 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Broadway Market Fire Alarm Phase 1 The successful bidder must follow all applicable local laws and ordinances. Modification of the existing emergency light system per the document plans. Modifications shall include but not limited to installation of new emergency light fixtures and exit signs, cabling, conduit, and exterior emergency light fixtures for a fully operational system. Emergency lights shall be fully tested by the contractor to verify all emergency lighting, existing and new, is operational. Existing emergency lights that are nonoperational shall be repaired or replaced with new and rewired.
