Acceptance/Rejection of Bids: The Selectboard reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it deems it is in the public interest to do so. Award of Contract: An awarding of contract, if one is made, is expected to be made at the Selectboard meeting on June 6, 2022. Bids must be valid for 30 days after bid opening. Hauling can start on or after July, 5 2022 with prior notice to the road foreman and D&D Excavation, and delivery of screened sand should be completed by November 15, 2022
