Renovation of a municipal facility in Sharon, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
the removal of an outdated ramp and the construction of a new, ADA-accessible replacement ramp for the Sharon Old Town Hall. In addition, the Town is looking to add ventilation to the crawl space and regrade the north and west sides of the building to direct water away from the foundation. The Sharon Old Town Hall is listed on the State Register of Historic Places, and the ramp design has been approved for construction by the Vermont Division of Historic Preservation. Contractor responses will demonstrate proven experience working with historic preservation requirements
